Exclusive Baudelaire Opera - Paris, France 

We stayed in room 44 which was on the 4th floor on a very quiet courtyard. I must say the location was perfect and the staff as helpful as the comments of tripadvisor stated. We particularly appreciated the insiders tips from the reception crew, we got great restaurant recommendations. Best of all was Soprano's and the Domaine de Lintillac. (Duck and more Duck as Alice, the GM, calls it). We travel quite a lot and really did like being cared for so genuinely. The reception staff was smily, recognized us everytime we walked through the front door and overall made our trip memorable. The room was clean and sheets were changed everyday, along with the towels and amenities. We had covers in our room as opposed to the usual blankets. Spotless room service. Breakfast however didn't run till very late, something like 10:30, which can be a hassle when you've had a late night out. But The many restaurants of the Place du Marche Saint honoree display a large choice of Brunch, which made up for it. We would definitely recommend this hotel for the unbelievable friendliness and knowledge of the staff. The internet in the room didn't come useful since we were on a romantic trip! If you like big hotels and being anonymous, this isn't the place

I stayed at the Hotel Baudelaire Opera with two of my friends this past July. Our room was pretty standard, a little shabby, very clean, and a little cramped for three but it would be comfortable for two. But what made our experience so satisfying were the gorgeous men who worked behind the desk. Yes, we mean you, Antoine. They all spoke perfect English with a sexy French accent. It's in a safe and convenient area with the Louvre and metro stops in walking distance. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby (especially the amazing crepes at Ligne Vert). The maid was so sweet and so was the manager, Alice. We are so glad that we stayed their and we hope that you will too!
