The location is very good, modern and a decent size for Paris, staff is very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning perfect, the sheets are clean.

Fantastically helpful staff, modern shower.

The location is really bad and the mentioned "pre-authorization of a credit card" consists of blocking an amount 50% higher than the actual hotel charge for the entire stay.
