Attitude to customers in this hotel is not very good. The room in which we lodged was poorly decorated and very small bathroom. Staff did everything possible that the hotel seemed to be unanimous.. Read review

I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is not very clean. But I think that all who come here, they know what to expect. I do not come here, it was awful.

The room where we stayed was clean and comfortable. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

The staff did not speak Engish and were smoking everywhere. Also, the hotel wasn't clean.

The room (double) was far too small to be considered as a room for two people. It was hardly possible to walk around the two beds without stumbling. No comfort chair to rest in. A writing table with a chair which nowadays are not needed due to Internet e-mail facility in the most hotel. Although it said 8 euro for breakfast, 9 euro was stated in the bill, and furthermore, 2 breakfasts for 2 mornings were in the bill although only one breakfast for two was the fact. 18 euro was deducted from the bill and I did not make a fass about the extra euro for breakfast. Due to the outcome of this hotel experience I do not trust Venere and shall not make any more reservations in future.
