The only complaint I had was with the cleaning staff. It is incredibly variable as to the quality of tidying up that is done. If you are still in your room when the cleaning staff comes through, the likelihood of your room being cleaned is very low. Front desk staff were very friendly and considerate. I have read other reviews and most people said the view was unspectacular; I cannot agree with that. We had a great view considering the location (could see the Eiffel Tower from our window). If you stay, you may want to request a "Do Not Disturb" card. Ours was not provided...
