Henri IV Rive Gauche - Paris, France     

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel, at the tail end of 2 months back packing through Europe, and thought we would splash out once in Paris. This place was perfect in every way, friendly and helpful staff that all spoke great english, rooms were very comfortable and such a pretty view of the St Severin church across the road. Traffic noise is audible only if you have the windows open, and the air conditioning in the room is very quiet. We found parking 5 mins walk away in an underground carpark, expensive but you do get a discount if staying 2 or more nights. Great location for exploring the St Germain and latin quarter, Notre Dame, and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop was only 5 mins walk away. We found the Metro easy to use as well. All in all, a wonderful base to explore Paris, would certainly return to this hotel.

We used this hotel for our last night in Paris. I wish we had stayed here for mroe time. The staff is great, the hotel is great, the location is great....I guess if I have to try and think of a negative the bathroom was a little small. What a great place! The location in the Latin quarter is really where I would want to be when I return. I will either use this hotel or find a nearby apartment next time we go to Paris.
