Aviatic - Paris, France     

My 2 children and I stayed here in March for 4 nights. The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were small but most rooms are in Europe compared to American standards. The hotel is located in a great location to manuver around the city. The metro stop is only a block or 2 away. It is very close to Tour Montropasse which is a must see! We went twice. Once when we first got there during the day and then again on our last night. You can see all of Paris. And seeing the Eifel Tower "sparkle" at night was amazing. We left Paris for a few days to travel to Bayeux and the hotel allowed us to keep our bags that we did not need secured at the hotel until our return. I would highly recommend this hotel and will choose to stay there again when I return to Paris.

This hotel is for the budget concious traveller, however, if you are going to paris you may like to spend your money on things other than a bed! We stayed here for 3 nights and found it perfectly acceptable, the room was tidy and clean and the bathroom was good with great shower pressure. If you intend to spend time in your hotel and watching television, this is not the place for you (but dare i say, neither is Paris??) If you want somewhere central, close to the metro, close to excellent bars and cafes and wont even touch the sides of your accommodation budget, then this possibly is for you. Literally moments from the catacombs and st Germain and the Latin Qtr.
