Soaps of very low quality and small room. Poor breakfast.

Location was excellent and the staff spoke good English.

The decor of the halls was very dated and shower screen too small - whole bathroom got wet every time one had a shower.

The staff was very helpful in explaining the way around the city, no welcome or happy birthday surprise like we were promised and the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very continental.
