A truly welcoming hotel. Wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff and easy to find when you get off the local metro stop (Cadet). It was such good value for money. Breakfast can be bought to your room if you're lazy like we were. Room cleaned, towels etc changed daily Satellite tv (Eurosport and news channel in English but better than nothing) The hotel was so friendly they even handed out complimentary boxes of expensive Belgian chocololates to each room on New Years eve. I would highly reccomend this hotel and def stay there again. Paris is truly beautiful, we had a wonderful trip

We recently spent 4 days at the Opera Franklin. For the type of vacation we're on, we knew that the hotel will just be a place to sleep. To our surprise, we were close to great shopping, the Metro, and a variety of restaurants. The room was always clean and we always had fresh towels. The breakfast was another surprise. I was going to skip the complimentary "continental" breakfast - I'm glad I didn't. It included eggs, cheese, salami, ham....and much more - perfect way of starting your day. The Metros are within 5 minutes of a walk. The internet access is pricey, so we found a nearby internet cafe......it did the the trick. I would definitely stay here again.
