Clearwater Comfort Inn North - Clearwater Beach, USA 

It started by me calling the hotel to book rooms for our group...as it ended.. they OVERCHARGED me as the group leader, did not hold to their agreement with our group.. had us all over the hotel.. not together.. literally on all different floors of the hotel. Maid staff was lazy and not very good... breakfast was very basic, my son ate from the vending machine each morning... couldnt let my children take showers since water temp was not stable... either very hot or cold and constantly changing... Front desk wanted to argue with me after my first night's return to the room and room key wouldnt work.. I was scolded and told I should keep the keys away from my cell phone, etc and be careful not to mess them up again and to make sure that we kept the two cards separate so they didnt have to re-key them again.. There are MANY other hotels in the area of this caliber at much better value either get more for your money or stay at the same type of hotel and pay cheaper rates at another hotel.. I also filed this complaint with choice hotels... which I have found they will only smack their hand and say shame on you.. and life goes on.. oh... and I left a $50 hair straightener in the room that was "never found" or returned... I promise when we return to the area again this year and from now on with our team.. we will make a better choice
