Le Colombier - Obernai, France 

I have stayed in this hotel for only 1 night and will be staying there soon again. This is a great choice for someone staying in the Strasbourg (15min. drive) area for tourism and even for business. I was in the 4th floor which I would recommend to anybody - spacious rooms, fantastic view over the whole city of Obernai. Good breakfast.

Stayed here with my wife and two children for three days after finding an excellent offer on their website. We had a triple exclusive room for 43% less than the usual rate. The room was particularly good as it had a seperate room for the children with a sofa bed to share. They also had their own TV! Our room had a TV and a very comfortable bed. Good bathroom, although the seperate toilet was a little cramped Two sets of dressing gowns and slippers were provided. Tea and Coffee making facilities were useful except that no milk was included. Wi-Fi interenet access good value at 3.50 Euro for the week. We used the hotel car park which is quite small and some of the spaces were difficult to get into. Also as other reviewers have noted the access code for this and the hotel change daily. Buffet breakfast ok but at 11 Euros maybe a little expensive. Hotel still seems to be understaffed as the person was dealing with checking people out whilst also trying to run the breakfast room which seemed to make her a little grumpy! All in all however we had a great stay in this comfortable modern hotel in this very beautiful part of France.
