Horrible stay

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is further than what is advertised, the mattresses were old and you felt like you were going to roll to the floor. The rooms smell and the Air Conditioning is controlled by the receptionist. We had to ask them to turn it on after we checked in, then in the evening when we came back from Venice and then again at 1:00 am my husband had to get up and get dressed so he could go to the reception and ask them to turn the AC again. The man at the reception claimed he didn't know how it got turned off. Needless to say the AC went off again at 5:00 am . I really do not know how this hotel managed to get three starts.

Ladies and gentlemen,i've been to this hotel.To start with...it was far from what was promised or displayed on the brochure.We went to room after waiting for somebody to attend us at the reception desk for 45 mins.Then we were led to a room which was like a box room! we couldn't believe it,it was late and we decided to stay. Showerhead was awful...no hot water,we had to wait for them to fix it before we showered.Apparently they turn the heating(including water in the taps!) etc off and provide only if requested on the phone! Can you believe that.The cupboard had a broken handle..there were additional bedding inside it..but with bedbugs infested! It was far from venice and we decided to move out next day to some place close to venice. The only positive thing about the place was the toilet which was clean.
