The hotel is close to the beach and to everything, free internet, free wi fi free tea and coffee, friendly staff, I found the rooms clean and the cleaning staff can be asked for anything.

Sehr g?nstig gelegenes Hotel mit nettem Charme in jeder Beziehung. Angemessenes Preis/Leistungsverh?ltnis. Super gelegen, sehr gute Busanbindung zum Airport. 100m von der Haltestelle Promenade Anglaise unmittelbar neben dem Hotel Necresco und der Altstadt/Fussg?ngerzone gelegen. Hier w?rde ich jederzeit wieder Station machen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The facilities are the worst I have ever seen. The rooms are dark as well as the hallway. One biggest complaint I have is that there is no lift available for guests, even though there is one for residents of apartments in the same building. In addition, the quality of cleaniless of towels is questionable because I saw how the hotel washes its linens. Despite the high room rate, I was offered the lowest quality of chattles, dark rooms and lack of towel service. I would not have stayed there if I had known the condition of the room and the hotel.

Hotel was a bit more than "50 meters from the beach" and one night the prostitutes in the street kept us awake with their arguing. Other than that, it was about what we expected.
