Bonne situation plein centre de Nice et mon séjour ayant été ecourté en raison d'un probléme de santé dans ma famille la direction de l'hotel a été tres comprehensive en ne réclamant que les nuitées éffectuées. . Read review

超最悪な思いをしました。夜22:00頃ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝしたら、部屋番号さえない、明らかに等の部屋とは違う部屋に案内されました。普通の部屋とﾄﾞｱが全く違うので不思議に思いましたが、長旅で疲れており、そのまま部屋に入りました。この部屋はお客様向けの部屋ではなく、絶対にﾒｲﾄﾞが使用していたであろう部屋です。小汚いｷｯﾁﾝがあり、椅子も壁もｶｰﾃﾝもとても汚れてました。翌朝、ﾌﾛﾝﾄに何故私達の部屋だけ他の部屋と違うのか確認すると、「部屋がいっぱいだったのであの部屋に入ってもらった。今は部屋が空いてるので荷物を持って移動していい」と言われました。。。あり得ません。私達に責任はないので、あの部屋代は払わないと苦情を言いましたが、結局30ﾕｰﾛ値引きされただけです。そもそも、この予約ｻｲﾄにはこのホテルのﾒﾙｱﾄﾞもなく、問い合わせしても返信もありませんでした。なので旅行前にﾎﾃﾙに確認のﾒｰﾙを送ることもできませんでした。このﾎﾃﾙは二度と利用しませんが、こちらの予約ｻｲﾄにも大変不満です。楽しみにしていた旅行が台無しでした。80ユーロの部屋で30ﾕｰﾛ値引きされましたが、残りの50ﾕｰﾛも返金して下さい。それから、ﾍﾞｽﾄｳｴｽﾀﾝのﾌﾛﾝﾄｽﾀｯﾌも最悪でした。一旦ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄし後日、後日再度ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝした際、今度は「予約が入っていない」と言われました。こちらの予約ｻｲﾄはどういった運営をされているのでしょうか？このような苦情は言いたくありませんが、迷惑料として、１泊目のﾒｲﾄﾞ部屋に泊まった50ユーロは返金いただきたいです。ご検討下さい。

Modern design and well situated for train station. Additionally the staff very very helpful and comfortable room for such low price. The breakfast was good.

Hotel near the train station and pleasant staff. Comfortable quiet room, several pillows of different thikness and the continental buffet breakfast was splendid.
