On the recommendation of a seasoned Italy traveler we stayed five days at this typically Italian small "Albergo Ristorante" B&B in the Tuscan countryside. The owner, Lazzaro is a reknown chef and the restaurant in the hotel is superb. His wife, Barbara runs the hotel with the help of several friendly local residents. The rooms, while not modern and fancy were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best we encountered in Italy with a large selection daily. The hotel is located near Sienna and San Gmignano and Monterregione for day tripping. Everyone was very helpful with any questions we had and went the limit to make our stay enjoyable.
