stayed at this b&b june 2006. the decor was dated, the place was in need of a good refit. staff were unwelcoming, felt like was intruding. meals were awful. everything was too much trouble to the staff. the sign on the entrance telling you children were not welcome, says it all about this place, and stating you pay for all damages, is just a joke. there was nothing of any value that could be damaged. would never stay here again, spoilt my 2 day break.

Recently spent two nights in The Woburn Hill Hotel and found the room to be reasonable for such a small hotel .
It would appear that it had been recently decorated so may have improved since the last review .
Overall get what you pay for and had no complaints about hotel or staff . Alright place to spend a couple of evenings .
During visit weather was terrible so spent most of the time in the loca pub the The Stag . I would say that the locals were very friendly and made us feel very welcome .
