i've booked a double room with twin bed for new year eve (29-30-31 december) one and half month in advance (13th of november) by calling directly the Hotel and i got the confirmation of reservation by email from the hotel. When i arrived there, 29th december in the morning, i found that my reservation changed froma double room with twin bed to " 2 single rooms" and the reason for the "surprise" has been "...we needed a room with twin bed before you came...". At the end after some complaining they gave us a double room with separated beds but we went away and we spent our holiday in another beautiful hotel. So i didn't spent a night in the Hahn hotel but i see a room and i can surely tell you don't "get enchanted" from the room's pictures on the website: outside and reception of the hotel are pretty nice but room was not even comparable os the ones in the pictures (probably that one is the most wonderful one). I'm sorry for this feedback but it's exactly my bad experience with this hotel.
