You benefit from a privileged location to experience and discover the French Riviera, Juan-les-Pins and the jazz festival, Grasse and the perfume factories, Antibes and its old town, Biot and the glass art shops, and St Paul and its many art galleries.

Cruises to the Lérins Islands, St Tropez and Monte-Carlo can be arranged at the old harbour just 1.5 km from the residence.

The residence is composed of 2 buildings; one facing towards the Rue d'Antibes main shopping area and the other on a quiet back street. We offer the following amenities:
