Campanile MLV Bussy Saint Georges - Bussy-Saint-Georges, France     

The last day of our vacation we like to stay one night, but at the hotel where we staying, there was no place anymore. So we search for an hotel for 1 night and we landed at the Campanile. On the reception it was yet complicated. First there was a room for 4 persons & then there was only a room for 3 persons?? I say I take the room for 3. Normal you think that there are 3 beds than. But when we get into the room, there was 1 big (??) bed and on the floor a mattress. When I was taking the mattress, my daughter begins to shriek, because there were 'cockroachs' on the floor...You understand that my children did not want to be anymore in that room. So I was going again to the reception and explain the problem. On the reception they say, when you give me 50 euro more, we can change the room for another room for 4???Now there was suddenly a room for 4?? I say no, I do not pay more and I asked for my money..They do not won to give it and say that I must to submit a claim (all at 1.30 in the morning with children!!!) & that they gonna refund it to my account. I hope so. At last we where going to a Formule 1 hotel in Colleghien for a third of the prize & it was good..we sleeping good... It was really a bad ending of my vacation....

Cet hôtel n’a que 3 ans et est bien entretenu. Comme il est près d’une autoroute, on entend constamment le bruit des voitures. Il fait chaud dans les chambres, même quand il n’y a pas de chauffage, mais on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la circulation. A la réception, les employés ont un très bon niveau d’anglais et sont très serviables. Mais cela s’arrête là. Le restaurant et les serveurs sont horribles. Un jour au bar, au bout d’une demi-heure on n’était toujours pas servis, donc on est partis. Au restaurant, il nous est souvent arrivé qu'ils nous servent autre chose que ce qu’on avait commandé, peut-être à cause du problème de la langue ! Le petit déjeuner continental était suffisamment copieux, mais les serveurs étaient désagréables et nous ignoraient purement et simplement. Souvent ils s’énervaient à cause de quelque chose qu’on ne nous avait même pas expliqué auparavant. On a bien essayé à maintes reprises de leur parler en français, qu’on maîtrise suffisamment pour se faire comprendre comme touristes, mais ils ne nous répondaient pas. Mais bon, cela ne nous a pas empêchés de bien profiter de nos vacances au parc Disney, après tout c'est pour cela qu'on était venus à cet hôtel.
