Since nearly 85 years, the Bristol Hotel welcomes you in the heart of Avignon. There is ample space in front of the hotel for all vehicles to park but also a private parking with 13 spaces.
Our 67 renovated rooms, with soundproofing, air-conditioning, minibar, safe and satellite TV, will provide total comfort for our guests during their stay. The Bristol is a comfortable hotel and reasonably priced. Our room was large (on European standards) and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was more than ample each morning. Staff was helpful for the most part.
Most importantly, the hotel was perfectly located. There are numerous restaurants within one block, grocery stores, bakeries - plus, the hotel is close to all the sites.
If you need a comfortable, clean room - you'll be fine at the Bristol. It's not luxury - but it is good enough if you want a bed and shower! We'd stay here again.

Only stopped here for two nights and really loved the place. As others have said it’s clean, close to transport and attractions. When we were there the rail union decided to have a strike the day we were due to leave. The lady at the reception went out of her way to help us including ringing the TGV on our behalf (we don’t speak French) to find out the facts. Was really impressed and appreciated her help.
The only thing that annoyed us was they turn the air con off during the day. Apart from that the Bristol has a good friendly atmosphere with an excellent breakfast.
Would definitely stay there again.
