We visited Angers On Sept.29-30, 2003 and loved every stree. It's gorfeous, has a lot to offer- beautiful churches, great chateau and museums and lively neighborhoods. This city is a must! We stayed at a lovely hotel called Citotel Hotel Continental at the very heart of the old city, Everything was within walking distance, very good location. This hotel was recently remodelled and they did a wonderful job- bright and cozy colors greet you and make you feel at home. Personnel is excellent- very nice; rooms and bathroom were spotless. One of the best hotels we stayed at!
