Después de pasar mi primera noche en este hotel, pensé que el único aspecto negativo realmente importante era la mala insonorización de la habitación. El hotel se encuentra en la trayectoria que utilizan los aviones al despegar del cercano aeropuerto de Portela y este ruido puede llegar a ser molesto. Pero durante mi segundo día de estancia en Lisboa, me salieron unas extrañas ronchas en la cara y en los brazos. ¿Habré comido algo en mal estado? ¿Seré alérgico al champú o al jabón del hotel?. El misterio se resolvió la siguiente noche, cuando descubrí una jauría de chinches que correteaban por las sabanas de mi cama en busca de sangre fresca. INTOLERABLE. Estas cosas no pueden suceder. Y si tienen que suceder, no pueden suceder en un hotel de 4 estrellas de una capital europea. Un error imperdonable que cuestiona la calidad de servicio que este hotel puede ofrecer. ¿Después de sufrir una experiencia como ésta, nos entretenemos en juzgar si la atención del personal ha sido correcta o si la calidad del desayuno era excelente?...
