Location

From our hotel you can go on various fascinating routes. With 2005 being Quijote’s 100-year-old anniversary, you can take the opportunity to visit some of La Mancha’s cities and villages (El Toboso, Tembleque, Consuegra, etc), linked with Cervantes’ famous work. In Esquivias you can visit Cervates’ home.

Carranque is also worth a visit; its archaeological site is unique to Spain. In a beautiful, natural surrounding you can admire a Roman cluster of buildings dating back to IV A.D. and remains of the oldest Christian basilica in Spain (IV Century).

Gourmet and wine lovers will be impressed by the Wine Route, 45 minutes away from Toledo. Here you will visit the largest vineyard in Spain on a tourist train. You can also visit Osborne’s winery (one of the biggest in Europe) and Marques de Griñon’s winery.

Around Toledo you can also enjoy hunting and our traditional products, as well as Toledo’s Montes beautiful scenery. Don’t forget to taste “Manchego” cheese, local olive oil and meat, honey and mushrooms.

The restaurant is decorated in a "Mudejar" style and can hold up to 180 guests and is situated right in the heart of the historical area of Toledo.

We offer dishes quality local produce which we use in a traditional way. Some of our specialities are our lamb, stews and even our Partridge Stew. Our wines are recommendable both the reds and the whites. Lastly we offer the most typical sweet of Toledo, Marzipan, with which local craftsmen exceed their imagination with their creative forms.

Nice conveniently sited hotel with friendly and efficient reception staff. The room was large and clean and had really good views from floor four. Breakfast was had in a lovely moorish style restaurant marred only by the unecessarily miserable waiter, hence we ate out at night. The bar appears to close around eleven whether or not you are a guest. Next door is a cheap cafe with a very helpful, cheerful waiter and open till all hours. Myself and my wife four nights and four breakfasts 499 euro- good value overall
