In a suburban setting with a sleepy and friendly feel. Facilities a bit run down, eg swimming pool had leaves in it.

When I checked in they unnecessarily retained my passport. They said they would return it to me once I came down. When I came down to check out, they didn't give it back to me. I forgot to ask for it, since it is never requested to hand in your passport. They never contacted me to tell me they had my passport, I had to do everything, they even charged me the postal fees to send it to another hotel. The service is appaling.

a) in the same time in which I booked the room, the staff of the hotel asked me a prepay of 50% of the total stay : I think it is not usual; b) e-mail and telephone number indicated in the brochure of presentation are wrong; c) although I booked a room in the hotel 3 months before the arrival, it was equally impossible to obtain during the stay a change of the room (very noisy) that had been given me.

The hotel is in a very quiet street with back yard and private parking. Excellent if you travel by car. Close to the railway station. To go to the historical center you need a bus or a taxi.

Although the price was higher than I wanted, I selected the hotel because I would be in transit and it was near the train station. The neighborhood is residential in nature and very quiet. It would be perfect for business travellers. It was a 10-minute walk to the station. I don't think it would be a great central location for touring within Sevilla.
