It was an overnight stay in Santiago and the hotel was adequate. The only thing i can criticise it for was the lack of a hair-dryer in the bathroom, and due to the wooden panelling on the floor i advise to take slippers with you so you can relax at ease without having to worry about walking on a cold floor, but that´s all down to personal preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom provided showercap, shampoo and shower gel. We had a room at the front of the hotel, and it wasnt that noisy and the blinds brilliantly blocked out any light from entering the room in the morning! But once again they are adjustable down to personal preference. It looked like the hotel was undergoing refurbishments, but since we stayed over at the weekend there were no building noises that we could tell, and our room looked like it had a newly installed air-con, it was still sealed it was that new! At time of booking if you request a double room (and are expecting a double bed) then make sure you specifically request it because otherwise they might try to give you a room with twin beds, as is what happened with us. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Maps and tourist info was available at reception.

Me alojé por una noche en Santiago y el hotel fue adecuado. Lo único en que lo puedo criticar fue la falta de secador de pelo en el baño, y que gracias a los paneles de madera en el suelo, les recomiendo que se lleven zapatillas para que se relajen tranquilamente, sin tener que preocuparse por el suelo frío, pero eso depende de las preferencias de cada uno. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, y en el cuarto de baño había gorra de baño, champú y gel de baño. Nuestra habitación estaba en la parte delantera del hotel, no era muy ruidosa y ¡las persianas bloqueaban perfectamente la luz por las mañanas! Pero, de nuevo, las puedes ajustar dependiendo de tus preferencias. Parecía que el hotel estaba en reformas, pero como nos alojamos durante el fin de semana, no distinguimos ningún ruido de construcciones, y parecía que en nuestra habitación habían instalado un aire condicionado nuevo, aún estaba empacado, ¡así de nuevo estaba! En el momento de las reservaciones, si pides una habitación doble (y esperas una cama doble), asegúrate de que seas específico en tu pedido, porque de otra manera, te van a tratar de dar una habitación con camas individuales, tal y como nos pasó a nosotros. Fuera de eso, tuvimos una agradable estancia, el personal era simpático y muy servicial. Hay mapas e información turística disponibles en la recepción.
