Just returned from a week here booked through Interval International. Staff in the reception were helpful & friendly. The guy loaned me a continental adaptor as we had brought the wrong ones. The welecome pack of water, milk etc was much appreciated. The pool was not open which was a disappointment to the families with children. I feel that it could have been. The sunbeds needed cleaning as the local cats had been using them to overwinter on. We arrived by car & found it difficult to locate . For people using satnav the reception entrance is at N41 04.974 E1 07.802. Parking is difficult at certain times/days/seasons. At the back of the hotel, 200 m away at N41 05.012 E1 07.671 we found it easy to park. The walls are thin. There was one couple there who didn't seem to notice the noise of their headboard banging against the wall - last thing at night, in the early hours & in the morning & on a rainy day also in the afternoon. How I so envied the guy. Made me [& my wife] wish that I was 40 years younger!

We made an RCI trade to this property and it was OK but did lack in cleanliness and service. I know we where there in the off season but the floors where dirty and all of the dishes had to be washed before we would use them. It is fairly dated but not bad if it was clean. Salou is a very built up location and I could not see myself there in the high season as it would be wall to wall people. There are buildings everywhere. We went to Reus and on many Winery tours that took us to the country which was wonderful. Tarragona is a really cool city with Roman Ruin and a very neat culture. This hotel/apartment is a little hard to find and the streets are not clearly marked. As you come off the highway you will see a sling shot bungie ride. There is a round about right there and the street goes right off that. Anyway the lady at the front desk was not real friendly or helpful. We did have a young man who was very nice and helpful for a couple of days though. Over all Spain is beautiful and the area is really nice to do a wine and culture tour and end up in Barcelona for a few days.
