H10 Salauris Palace - Salou, Spain     

We stayed at the Salauris Palace at the end of June for 5 days. The hotel is very clean and the location is good, particularly if you want to visit Port Aventura. The food is ok but we have had better in a lower class hote. The main problem was the noisy room, we were glad to come home to get a good nights sleep! The room we stayed in faced the busy road and was very noisy. It wasn't pleasant to sit on the balcony because there was no view and also because of the considerable amount of traffic. You could also hear lots of furniture being moved around at about midnight every night which made it impossible to get to sleep. There was also quite a bit of noise from the entertainment. We would have loved staying in this hotel had it not been for the noise.

Just returned from salauris palace 16th - 23rd june. The hotel was magnificent stayed in a few hotels in salou but this was one of the best. The rooms are very nice and clean towels changed every day also bedding every 3 days. We got pool view which was great also overlooking entertainment stage as some nights we watched from balcony with a bottle of wine. (room 236). Food very nice something for everyone always piping hot and plenty of. Pool area very nice altho people reserving sunbeds early on morning and not using them till afternoon but why i do not know as there is sunbeds stacked up all around pool plenty 2 go round. the staff are very nice n friendly work hard and long hours but always got a smile for you, they made our stay enjoyable. I deffinatly rate this hotel a 4* hopefully we will be coming back for a 5 night break in september.
