Llegamos al hotel, de 4 estrellas, por el que pagamos casi 300 euros por dormir 2 noches, y nos metieron en un bungalow de mala muerte, sin calefacción, alejado de la recepción del hotel a una distancia considerable, sufriendo durante dos noches un ruido insoportable que provenía de una especie de "aparato de aire caliente" colocado en el exterior del bungalow, sin alfombras en el suelo (un suelo de piedra fría y lleno de humedad),....una pesadilla. Llevábamos la habitación (pedimos una triple, dos adultos y un adolescente) reservada a través de una agencia de viajes, con 1 mes de antelación, y nos encontramos, en pleno diciembre, con ESTO......Espero que mi crítica les parezca constructiva e impida a otras personas alojarse en este sitio. Un saludo.
