Hotel Isla Dorada - El Arenal, Spain     

big shout out to all the girls (hen party) from stranraer....for a long weekend in the sun in april well worth the money for 4 days drinking and eating...food not bad and no long wait at the bar, yes there is germans and spanish but they do there thing and we do ours without a problem.. rooms basic but clean entertainment rubbish but as soon as bar closes head down to the liverpool/sportmans 5 min walk great little friendly bar..for the price payed 4 hotel well worth the money......

Not long come back from a week here and I had a ball. Food was good, always something that you could eat and I am a very fussy eater. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were really clean, new towels and sheets everyday. The nighttime entertainment in the hotel was not the best and for the first couple days we had none but i think this was only becase the hotel had just opened up for the season when we got there. Daytime entertainment was alright, good mixture of different things. Did not particualrly like Arenal itsself, not may shops or things to do during the day but plenty of bars to go to at night. Most of the bi nightclubs are far fr the Isla dorada but more or less all the bars are open until the last person leaves!! Holiday was definately worth what we paid for it!
