Ibis Hotel Malmo - Malmo, Sweden 

Large block hotel, in a densly populated apartment building neighbourhood of Malmo. Not a hotel I would recommend if you wanted to visit Malmo and wander the old town, but a super hotel if you are watching any sporting events in the many venues next to the Ibis. Public areas/bar and breakfast room are very warm and inviting, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed from a Friday to Sunday, and there was much hustle and bustle of different guests, many there for sporting competitions (us included). Hotel rooms ok, although rather drab, and in need of a new lick of paint. Ibis should really remove carpets from the bedrooms and replace with a laminated wooden floor. Would smell much fresher, and be more hygenic. The bathroom was ok, basic, but yet again, in need of re-vamping. The buffet breakfast was a basic buffet, but quite ok, when considering the price we paid. Overall view: Excellent price, for a hotel base when u have children in a sporting competition held close to Ibis!

Peut etre un peu moyen sur l'isolation phonique. Accueil très sympa. Le français est une langue inconnue, dommage pour ceux qui ne parlent pas beaucoup anglais. Dans l'ensemble très correct, et digne d'un IBIS.
