We were worried about not be able to book using their web site, therefore sent an email.
They asked for credit card details to secure the booking which we didn't want to give by email. So, I phoned them and they agreed to hold the room on trust.
When we arrived we were greated by Gail who was very pleasant and helpful, we didn't have too much to do with the spanish owner - although he always smiled and greeted us when he saw us.
The room was beautiful, the service friendly and genuine. Breakfast was ok, not the best ever, but it did the job.
The tapas night was really good with live entertainment - a guitar playing spanish singer who was very good. Sunday lunch time we were treated to more quality live entertainment (jazz singer) on the terrace in front of the hotel.
A short walk through cobbled streets to the lovely Pollensa square - much food, drink, shopping and things to see.
Surprised to see some of the poor reviews on here, but on reading them, it looks as though it has been taken over by a spanish family.
Been to Pollensa 3 times now and need to look for holiday spots elsewhere in europe. Would love to find a similar place.
