We (a group of 4 young professionals) stayed at MCP for 4 nights at the start of June 08. The group had reasonably high hopes judging from photos on Expedia, Thomas Cook and some positive reviews on this site. However we were immediately disappointed from the second of entering reception. The reception was terrible and under staffed with our room not even ready till several hours past our check in time.
Room was ok but sheets and towels were not replaced without hassle each day which is completely unacceptable.
Food and drinks especially were below par. With poor service encountered at all points of order or service. Fellow Spanish and English guests were rude and impolite. Advantage of been able to catch a free bus to other Magic hotels in the surrounding area along with near beach side location were the only overall positives.
I won't recommend this hotel or the area to anyone with a knowledge of Spain or someone expecting anything other than a poor quality holiday. Do not visit.

we have just been to this hotel the food is very good always plenty of choice weather was brill staff was ok downside to this hotel is the spanish guests they are so rude and entertainment in evening was good untill nightly singer ivan comes on and sings same songs every night untill midnight rooms was good clean and roomy with balcony with sun on all day,
