We arrived to a very friendly greeting and the reception staff were really helpful. Our room was really lovely, very quiet and had great air conditioning. The bathroom and decor are nice and modern throughout. The main facilities of the hotel are limited but you are in Palma so 2 minutes from food, drink etc. We needed to prebook parking so we had to park on the street but this was easy. Only 2 minutes walk from the watefront and harbour (not the beach). Staff advice and maps helped us find some wonderful 'hidden' beaches and places to go. Its in the city so wont suit everyone but made a wonderful base for exploring.

We stayed at the AC Ciutat for 3 nights and found the room clean if somewhat basic. Nice bathroom, but I had to hold the power point in place while my wife dried her hair. The weather was fairly cool during our stay which was a good thing because the public areas and the bedrooms were very warm and the air con was out of order due to ' the changable weather'.
Staff very friendly and helpful except for the air con.
Free mini bar in room and public areas a great idea.
Breakfast was expensive but plenty of it.
