We arrived and the Hotel looked gorgeous, we booked a suite with two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and jacuzzi. Because the euro is so strong everything seemed so much more expensive but also the hotel bars, food etc were very expensive. The room was nice but we had a lot of problems with our jacuzzi and only used it a couple of times, we also had alot of water on our balcony all the time, the balcony and jacuzzi needed a facelift! We reported these problems 8 or 9 times but nothing was really resolved and when we came to pay the Manager refused to meet us to discuss our problems and blamed the water on us using the jacuzzi, even though we hadn't. This hotel is advertied as a 5 star, which it may of been 5 years ago but not now in my opinion. Some of the staff were really nice others quite rude. Not great for children even though it advertises a kids club. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent, good location for beach and shops.
