"Great Hotel, not so hot on Malaga"

Following on from a weeklong stay in Estepona we decided to spend the last two days of our trip in Malaga. The hotel was well positioned right next to the cathedral and close to the main shopping area. If you are travelling by car you there is a small underground car park which they charge 15 Euros per day for. The rooms were stylishly presented and reflected the four stars. There is a roof top pool but it is quite small and you will do well to secure a place during the afternoon. You would be better off going over to the beach if you want the sun for more than a couple of hours. Excellent hotel but more than a little disappointed in Malaga itself. The Cathedral nearby sums up the place – wonderful structure but only half complete.
