Very good place. Only disadvantage: the employees and the owner treat the customer in a too familiar, friendly way. They ask continuously how you feel and the send you a facebook request....

The staff was very helpful and all of them are really nice and friendly - you'll feel like you are at home at this place; additionally the staff is there 24h a day. No option for breakfast, but you really don't need it in madrid with that many cafes. We will surely visit this place again when we return to Madrid.

Friendly staff, good location

We stayd at the hostal for two nights in June. The location was excellent and the staff was especially friendly making you feel comfortable and cosy. The staff spoke good English and told nice hints about the places to visit. The room was ok, nicely furnished, quite small though. Price/quality/location-relation was good and we would absolutely recommend the hostal.
