Hotel was in a great location close to the Gran Via. Staff were most helpful with directions, recommendations for restaurants etc. Very reasonably priced.

I follow Venere web instructions to reach the hotel and We easly arrive using the local underground metro (2 Euro per person)in about 40 minutes from the airport. The hotel is about 100 metres from Callao station and 50 metres from Gran Via. We staied 3 days in Madrid and they are enough to visit the principal point of interest. Gently personnel in the hotel and quiet atmosphere. Very satisfied.

Some reception staff, though helpful, were rather glum. Comfy bed and room generally quiet, though disturbed by night staff's loud talking one night. Limited choice at breakfast. Rather dingy back-street location though very convenient for Metro and restaurants. Tea/coffee availablbe only from reception in evening 0 no facilities in room as claimed. Slightly disappointing for a Bewt Western hotel.

we stayed 4 nights our room was at street level very noisey. it was right in the middle of everything though and close to metro. we did not get a double room as booked and did not find the reception that friendly but andre who del our tea each night(not supplied in room)was great.

The location is very good. A few steps from GRAN VIA, 10 min walking from Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Right relation price/quality. Very nice hotel, clean and quiet.
