Nice, modern hotel

I stay here regularly for business and have to say that it is great. Very modern inside, good food and friendly staff make it a good place to stay. Not great for visiting the centre as it's a bit of a taxi ride.

Hola. Mi novio y yo pasamos una noche en este hotel y fue horrible. Y es que había una boda, la música estaba tan alta que la habitación retumbaba. Podemos entender que haya un baile hasta las 2 ó 2.30, pero lo normal es que si los novios quieren prolongar la fiesta se vayan a una discoteca porque pagar 100 euros de habitación para no poder dormir hasta las 4.30 de la mañana es una vergüenza. Un hotel de 4estrellas no debería comprometerse a celebrar esas fiestas si no cuenta con una sala insonorizada, porque los novios no son los únicos que pagan. Si el hotel está recién reformado, podrían haberlo reformado bien. Además, llegamos al hotel a las 3 de la tarde y la habitación aún no estaba lista. Por otra parte, algunos empleados del hotel, especialmente camareros, deberían saber dar un buen trato a todos los clientes por igual, el hecho de ser jóvenes no significa que nos puedan tratar de una forma más coloquial y vulgar que a un señor trajeado. Por lo demás bien, los recepcionistas encantadores y la habitación con muchas cosillas chulas, aunque la tele de plasma no compensa el ruido.

I have used this hotel many times over the years and to say it was getting a bit tired would be an understatement. Havind said that the new owners have given the interior a substantial facelift from which the whole place has benefitted no end. The rooms are now modern minamilist with great shower facilities, comfy beds and A/C that really works. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good too with a reasonable choice along the standard European lines. The only real drawback is they shut the bar at around midnight with no warning whatsoever, in fact they just switched the lights out on the terrace where we were sitting, so a major minus on that front.
