On the top floor of the hotel there is a terrace with an awesome view of the Gran Via. The staff was very helpful and even though our room wasn't quite ready, they offered complementary cocktails in the bar while it was prepared.. Read review

Next to metro & next to Old Madrid and very nice location - silents - helpfull stuff. Lovely polite staff and modern furniture. Good breakfast buffet.
