2While the location of this hotel meets the needs of most travelers to Madrid the unfriendly staff and messy rooms do not. The staff of the Celuisma was composed only of the rudest and most inconsiderate people one could imagine. The rudeness was not some kind of language barrier, as I am nearly fluent in spanish. I witnessed an unsatisfied customer curse at an employee, which was rude to begin with, but what was worse was that the employee cursed right back at the customer, completely unprofessional. If there is any way for you to avoid this hotel, do so.
