The Gran Atlanta hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but it is an old hotel that needs to be refurbished. From airport you need about 30 minutes by metro till Nuevos ministerios metro station (direct line) and then you have to walk about 15 minutes till you reach the hotel. From the hotel the nearest metro station is Alvarado (10 min. The location it’s a little bit far from downtown! The room was basic, large and clean with old furniture, but if you want to visit the city you won’t spend too much time in the room.. Read review

Convenient for bueiness area of city and my stay at the gran atlanta hotel in november 2006 was excellent. The personnel was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. . Read review

Chose the hotel for the excellent rates available in a convenient location -- easily reached without changing metro train from the airport and staff were friendly and helpful. Permitting one to cool the overheated room.
