Pro: ottima posizione e abbiamo gradito l'estrema pulizia dell'hotel. Il personale molto gentile, nessuna penale è stata pagata dopo annullamento di una camera il giorno prima e la colazione era piuttosto abbondante. . Read review

La posizione, centralissima e a un passo dal Puerta de Sol

1) Siamo stati costretti a chiedere il cambio di 3 camere (la prima posizionata al primo piano sulla strada principale e subito cambiata), la seconda con letto a una piazza e 1/2 che occupava in pratica la stanza, la terza, 7 piano decente con vista interna (v foto) 2) colazione pessima, con paste preconfezionate, 1 burrino e 1 marmellata, 1 panino 3) solo grazie all' attenzione di un secondo portiere non ci è stato addebitato 2 volte il costo della mediazione bookeed (64 euro), già addebitati sulla carta di credito al nostro arrrivo il primo portiere aveva fatto il totale facendoci nuovamente pagare quello che avevamo già pagato X fortuna ci siamo rifatti con Madrid, splendida!
