As regulars to Madrid we know what is on offer reasonably well, and Las Cortes offered everything we want in a hotel. It was also EXTEMELY good value. It must have been recently renovated or refreshed because everything was in pristene condition. Cleanliness could not be faulted and the room was also VERY quiet (quite a rarity in Madrid hotels). Best of all is the location. Just off Plaza St Anna it is the ideal location with a short walk to any of the main attractions and in the centre of Tapas Bar grazing area and nightlife

Staff were efficient and helpful when asked something. Hotel is clean and it's location superb just off Santa Ana Plaza . It made it very easy to walk to all the sights and we were spoiled by choice by the number of taberna's /restaurants close to hotel. Made choosing somewhere to eat difiicult .

We were in Madrid for a weekend and the hotel was in the prime location. Very close to great shopping and restaurants. The Hotel was very nice and the room spacious and very quiet. I would definetly recommend this hotel. The only recommendation I would give the hotel is that the front desk staff could be a little more friendly.

Probably the best location if you travel by Train arriving or departing from Atocha RENFE. 3 minutes walk from Metro Anton Martin station. Also convenient to E.SUR Bus Terminal by Metro.

Nice hotel in a great area. This was our last night in Spain, having spent several nights at another hotel in Madrid earlier on, during out trip. This hotel is in a great area for food, as there are a variety of restaurants in the local square. Also, it's just a short walk to Plaza del Sol, which is kind of the heartbeat of the city and central to just about anything.
