To me this is a better location then the major squares such as Plaza de Espania, the excellent sense of design of all parts of the hotel and our room didn't suffer from noise issues.

Staff at the front desk weren't very friendly, the breakfast is very expensive.

The location is perfect you wish to do a lot off sight-seeing and the hotel is situated in central Madrid on a surprisingly quiet street corner. The staff could not have been more helpfull, this makes rooms far to hot to sleep at this time of year.
