Bar area really sumptuous toilets very clean and hotel staff was very friendly. The front desk was helpful, the room was luxurious and breakfast was excellent value. The gym was pretty good - small.

The location was perfect and i wondered the hotel had just put the fancy sheets. Staff at the reception spoke very good english and the rooms were well equipped and clean. Breakfast was the best ever.

Central location and the hotel could offer a free entrance to the pool. The bathroom is nice - double sinks and staff from reception to restaurant just don't know to greet customers.

Very convenient to visit madrid centrl area and the hotel is in a perfect location both for visiting the city center. The staff are great, room size is reasonable and breakfast buffet is very good.
