Very good city view, exceptional value and 24 hour reception service - convenient for late arrivals. The room comfortable, high ceilings and breakfast delicious. This s a great choice in Madrid and heated our vegetarian dishes gratis. Staff very helpful even we had to have a very early check-out.

Location to old town Madrid, good place and professional from the member of staff I spoke to regarding the problem. The bathroom were clean and the reception ladies were excellent as was the bar tender Antonio. Breakfast was fine.
