Opened in September 2003, all of the hotel’s accommodation has been carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Each fully-soundproofed room has adjustable reading lamps, a TV with more than 35 channels, a music system with CD player, armchairs and electrical and reclining beds (according to the type of room). Fantastic views of madrid and good value. Perfect service & staff and spacious room. Free mini bar and lovely breakfast.

Wireless works well in the lobby and there wasn't a great choice. Spa very expensive.

The location was perfect and our main challenges in finding somewhere to stay in Madrid was to find somewhere quiet. The staff were wonderful, family room was large enough for 4 of us as was the bathroom and breakfast was good we weren't offered tea or coffee.
