"Nice We Loved The Hotel"

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in AUGUST, once again my reference was from the trip advisor, which we were lucky for the 3rd time in our choice, the hotel is very nice the securaty very high, very clean , friendly stuff especially the Morrocen guy, he was very helpfull , the buffet was nice , but to my wonder of wonders the guy who collects the dishes never smiled which made me wonder why??? Access to the Internet was for free which was cool , the location of the hotel was great just in the centre , near whatever you want , what was said about the prostitute through one of the visitors and he mentioned same throught this site was correct , we used to watch from our room window the dealers , we received many bad comments about the location of the hotel,i.e it's a little bit scary , they warned us about the thieves , we were about to be stolen but thank God nothing happened , we were lucky , most hotels are located there , close to everything, over all we liked Madrid , no regrets whatsoever.

This hotel is a great value! It is along the Gran Via so it is in a great central Madrid location close to shops, restaurants, metro stops, and is about a 10 minute walk to the Puerta del Sol. Our room was wonderful! It&#39;s very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. It had a plasma tv, mini bar, and large bathroom. The shower was incredible! <br><br>There are two computers with free internet in the lobby. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding; including hot food, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, juice, and coffee!<br><br>The hotel staff is very kind and willing to assist. It is definitely worth the time and money to stay in this hotel. We had a great experience!

Llegamos al hotel de noche con habitación reservada directamente con el hotel, telefónicamente. L a habitación que nos dieron estaba muy por debajo de lo esperado. Ëramos mi madre, mi tío y yo y hasta me sentí incómodo de pasar la noche allí. Al dia siguiente reclamamos y nos mudaron de habitación, estuvo mejor, pero no nos gustó nunca.Ya luego nos pasaron al otro hotel de la cadena, el Petit Palace Mayor y fue mucho mejor entonces. NO volvería al Peti Palace Italia,. Las fotos no corresponden prácticamente, no es un hotel moderno como anuncian. Sí lo es el que queda en la calle Mayor, otra cosa.

L&#039;accueil et l&#039;environnement de l&#039;hôtel de correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé. A noter que notre cb a été débitée lors de la réservation contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. nous sommes déçus par cet hôtel.
