The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre close to the Metro and bus station, with easy access to all the areas and zones of Madrid including the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen museums, the city’s most exclusive designer boutiques along Serrano Street and the fairground. Dining

The hotels Lagrimas Negras restaurant was styled by the French designer Christian Liaigre and is run by the well-known chef José Luis Estevan. The cuisine is based on traditional Spanish dishes with an original, creative and stylish twist. The restaurant also offers an extensive list of over 750 wines, recommended by the wine steward Juan Antonio Herrero, who in 2006 was awarded with best Sommelier in Spain at Madrid Fusion, an international summit of gastronomy.

Designed by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel, the Sky Night Bar is located on the top floor of the hotel and is the ideal spot for enjoying a drink whilst admiring stunning panoramic views over Madrid.

There is also the Marmo Bar which is located on the ground floor, featuring the Carrara marble bar created by celebrated furniture designer Mark Newson.

Everything in the hotel is new desgin and the room remained steam free.

The location is not good you like to be in the city centre, the bar is expensive and some other points to note: The pool is tiny.

The attraction of the various architects / designers and luxury n design. Good bar in the lobby and friendly staff. Superb designed rooms, sauna just amazing and restaurants only a few blocks away. Nice spa.

The metro system is pretty efficient, the design of the hotel is exceptional and the rooms are nice and big. The spa is not great.

The staff is not well trained and i didn't like they closed bars.
