This was a great hotel with high quality design and a shower to die for. The hotel is very modern, with a classy dark wood meets glass design. The beds were comfortable with a small balcony that opened up to the action of the city below. The lobby is small, but there is a nice internet access room in the back with cool multi colored tiles. The hotel is in an old building, so in areas the old brick walls were left exposed to remind you the hotel always wasn't very modern. Decent staff and very nice rooms and marble bathrooms. Good experience and I highly recommend.

The night receptionist was very nice and helpful. I can't say as much for the morninging/day time ones. We would actually save our questions for the girl who worked at night. The hotel did not live up to the pictures. Overall a nice stay but we definitely preferred the other hotels we stayed at in Barcelona, Seville, and Madrid to this one.

OK tourist property in the heart of Madrid. A bit surprising though that bathroom is seperated from the bedroom only by a thin see-through glassdoor. The receptionists were not very welcoming and did not really pay attention to us. The young woman working nights there was always on the phone, and did not greet us once during our 4 night stay. Very central location, quite good value for money.

Good Location and rooms surprisingly quiet for a City Centre location. The Breakfast was very good and the room in which it was served very pleasant. The Reception staff were kind and friendly. The Bunk bed for the children would suit older children better as the ladder was wobbly and there were was no side to the top bunk. the Hotel was very easy to get to and find and it was great to be so Central.

Good hotel in quiet location on pedestrianised street. Air conditioning did not appear to work. Was not a problem as blankets available for the bed. Very convenient for everywhere. Did not need to use public transport at all. Breakfast is expensive at E10, and plenty of cafes around. Great for being first in the queue at the Royal Palace where they doa great breakfast! Only a small sitting area, so not great to read a book.
