Location and friendly, the loction of the hotel was perfect, the staff were always very helpful. The beds were clean & very comfortable, breakfast was good.

The location was really good - near Gran Via, hotel was clean and the front desk staff were helpful & friendly. The rooms were just perfect.

The small discount offered on the car parking nearby and a broken lamp did not get fixed as well.

Quiet and right in the center of Madrid, this hotel is a great location that is just a few yards away from the downtown Gran Via shopping area & metro stations - very convenient.
